- You are solely responsible for the content of your data.
- We cannot recover your data if you permanently delete your account.
- We accept no liability for the loss or corruption of any data generated within the Service.
4. Appropriate Use
You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tactics Note and its creators. You may not use our branding, logos, or design elements without explicit written permission.
